How to Measure Caps
Wrap a cloth measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape comfortably snug, read the length, repeat for good measure and use the largest measurement. A piece of string will work too, then just hold it up to a ruler and measure.

"Your caps are great. Only thing is the sizes are not consistent. I have two Cape Codders. One is a XXL and the other is an XL. They both fit the same. I guess the key is to order one of each size, and send back the one that does not fit."

"My husband has quite a few Boston Scally Caps that are suitable for colder months so I bought him this so he can have a Boston Scally to wear in warmer weather. The color is great, medium grey and neutral enough to go with everything. He wears a M/L, based on your sizing guide, and all of them have fit perfectly. Runs a bit small.
"Nice hat, runs a bit small. This is my second Driftwood. The first one was too small to even fit, I shipped it back and got a second. It too is small, and the center seam is off center. I have several Scallys and there are big differences in the sizing between styles and colors. Their customer support is amazing and very helpful, but QC and consistency is not up to par."
