How to Measure Caps
Wrap a cloth measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape comfortably snug, read the length, repeat for good measure and use the largest measurement. A piece of string will work too, then just hold it up to a ruler and measure.

"I ordered an Irish Rose back in Feb. in XXXL and the size, fit and finish were perfect. Unfortunately, the Cape Codder I recently ordered in XXXL were SMALL by a full size. If you find one that's true to size, I'd like to do an exchange, but given past experience and the list of poor size performance shown here, a refund seems like a safer choice. The hat is currently heading back to you via USPS."
