"Can’t get indents from brim in cloth to fully steam out so I’m unable to get the smooth look I want from this hat. I think that’s what upsets me most is these hats are all shipped with zero regard for the fabrics. I shouldn’t have to steam every hat to make it look like a brand new hat."

"The hat was too small and so I returned it asking for a refund and they just sent it back to me. I contacted customer service and they told me I marked the exchange box. I know for certain I marked the right box asking for a refund. Not happy. I don't think I will be purchasing any more with you."
