"I inadvertently hit purchase on the same hat about 2 minutes apart. I immediately contacted them and asked to cancel one of the two. They told me they couldn’t. I would have to wait and retest one. When I did so I found they they charged a restocking fee, which they refused to correct. BS policy. Nice hat but I will never do business with them again and will advise my friends the same."
