How to Measure Caps
Wrap a cloth measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape comfortably snug, read the length, repeat for good measure and use the largest measurement. A piece of string will work too, then just hold it up to a ruler and measure.

"I love the hat, and this is my sixth boston scally. The smalls always fit my head perfectly. The one drawback I find about the thicker material Boston Scally Is that the back of the hat is inverted inside the front of the "bill side" of the hat. This creates a crease over the top from ear to ear once it comes out of the shipping & is difficult to remove & in thicker caps, not at all. . . On the harder materials, the crease creates a lump in the cap and you lose that smooth round skull fit. I was hoping over time. It would settle, but that's not the case. Are there any remedies for this situation? Still, a big fan and will continue to order several more. Keep up the great work making a valued product. Thankyou. Zippo SMC"
