Wrap a cloth measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape comfortably snug, read the length, repeat for good measure and use the largest measurement. A piece of string will work too, then just hold it up to a ruler and measure.

"Love the hat my head measures at 22" it is a little snug but I ride a motorcycle so it stays on well. I just placed an order for the brown scrapyard hat and I ordered the med/lg size to see how it fits. I also have the Rocky Marciano hat. I get a lot of compliments I really like these style hats. I have worn baseball style fitted hats for a long time. For the last 7 years I have only worn Harley Davidson hats but I have decided to give these a go.
