"I love these hats and have quite a few, but I’ve noticed the sizing is very inconsistent, even among the same line. For instance, I love the Rose line, and my usual size is XL, but once in a while, including this one, it’s actually too big. I was able to exchange for a M/L, but that one is a bit small. Maybe a little elasticity would solve the problem?"
