Wrap a cloth measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape comfortably snug, read the length, repeat for good measure and use the largest measurement. A piece of string will work too, then just hold it up to a ruler and measure.

Not right for me / my head
"This one -- Bruiser Boston Scally Cap - Stone Grey -- didn't work for me. I've got the XS head -- 54 cm. Although, I did receive the correct size, the style just didn't work for me and my head, and profile. Specifically, there was still too much fabric on the sides that 'bagged'. I had returned this one, and found the 8-panel XS styles have a great fit!"
