"Extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service. The cap I received was clearly not the right fit/size, and despite reaching out multiple times, I got no response and zero support. Mistakes happen, sizing issues can happen with any company , but completely ignoring customers and offering no help with a simple exchange is unacceptable. Customer service is what separates good companies from bad ones, and sadly this experience showed a total lack of care once they had my money. I would not recommend buying from a company that doesn’t stand behind its products or customers."

Sizing

"I previously bought the whiskey back in December and it fit perfectly. The m/l in that style is 58. 5 cm. I was a little worried that the bruiser would be too tight because the m/l in that style is 58cm. Surprisingly it's bigger and a bit loose on my head. But the next size down is 56 cm and I know that will never fit. I put a little bit of a padded strap inside the headband and it now fits great. It's unfortunate that is doesn't provide a medium and a large instead of in between both. But it is a nice looking and now a very comfortable cap"
