"Hats here are not true to size - I wear a multitude of hats and never veer from my head size which is medium (57cm). I did not see a dedicated medium at BS - what they offer is a M/ L. I therefore ordered a M/L but upon arrival it sat on my head like a sack. Too big. I then returned and ordered a small. Well, guess what? Small is way too small. Suggestion to BS - don’t spend profits on multi-colored holiday hats . . instead invest in true to size hats."
