"I had to make an exchange because I ordered too small and customer service was exceptional. Quality seems to be very good. My only complaints, and I’m being nitpicky, is it was a bit wrinkled/creased I think because the box it was packed in is just a bit too small, and the panel seam is not centered on the brim, off only by a bit, but still off."
