Of note: I had to go one up from the size I normally wear from Scally, which I assume is related to the material (synthetic nylon vs cotton blend). I did not know this at the time of first purchase, of course. Accordingly, I had to exchange the hat and the replacement hat was dirty and required handwashing. I'm not sure, but it looks like someone wore it, sweat in it, and then sent it back. I'm not taking a rating off the product due to the purchasing experience, but I wanted others to know before they purchase."
