Wrap a cloth measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape comfortably snug, read the length, repeat for good measure and use the largest measurement. A piece of string will work too, then just hold it up to a ruler and measure.

"I love all the caps from Boston Scally, the only things are the sizing is sometimes tight but I bought one of their hat stretchers and left it on the cap a few days and it permanently fixed the tight cap situation. The only thing I’d say to improve their service is more consistent dust bags even if simple."
