Fantastic cap, even better company

"I am so pleased with my purchase!! I have to literally swat the compliments away, they come in hard and fast! I have been looking at snagging a Scally for a minute now, and finally grabbed one for the spring. I was so excited I put my contact info wrong as I was making my purchase. I emailed customer service and they updated my details and made sure my order was on its way. Flash forward, I get the hat and realize I measured wrong and grabbed a XXL when I only needed an XL. I was going to keep it, but my wife said it’s such a nice hat and I wanted it so bad, make sure it’s perfect. So I emailed customer service again asking if I could exchange. I received a lovely response (on Easter, no less) with directions and where navigate to online. I followed directions and after just a few short days received my brand new, correct size, Boston Scally! This is the first of many, I am sure. Great cap, great company, and great customer service! If you have been on the fence, make the call and get the cap. You deserve it!!"

Great quality hats

"The hat was nice and of excellent quality. The color was a lot lighter and brighter than expected and I ended up returning it for a store credit. Their email said it would take about 5 days to process the credit but it's been 10 days and I haven't seen it yet. Hopefully it comes in soon. I have my eye on a different hat."

"This is my third Boston Scally and I love them all! I wanted this for spring/fall. Its a little darker than the picture but i think Its the lighting they shoot the product photos in. I got their Kringle for November/December wear and a winter insulated for the colder winter months. All of them are XS and fit my peanut head great. Love the look of these too! Great hats, highly recommend!"

"This is a winter essential. I purchased the tan cap and the black cap to match overcoats I have in their respective colors. They class up any outfit as the texture and warm (yet breathable) fabric is perfect. These are must haves for a gentleman's closet that are stylish, masculine and incredibly comfortable (a size up is recommended for larger heads)."

Great hat, runs a little big!

"I love these hats, they're very warm, comfortable, & the color & style look great. I originally bought a size Small, which is my normal size, but I found this hat left some space between the hat & the side of my head, so it was a little big. I bought a size XS & it fit nice & snug. I think just the way it's constructed; it makes the hat fit a little bigger than normal. I gave the other hat to my father, which he loved!"

Trial And Error

"Like the fabric, that is why I bought it, but not a fan on how it fits. How it’s shaped. It’s not flat enough. That’s my fault. Live and learn. People need to find the right flat cap for them. Often times it’s not an expensive one either. My favorite flat cap was $15."
