"This cap is awesome but it runs bigger than a 6 panel. My headmeasures 22. 25" Ordered a small - was tight, due to the material I didn't think it would stretch enough to be comfortable so exchanged for a M/L - too big. I love the cap so much I didn't want to return it so I found a product called 'stankeez' so I ordered and tried before I made up my mind on returning. That product is a sweat and odor absorbing pad that added enough to make it fit perfectly. See pics"
