"I’m leaving a bad review because March 2026 I had purchased what would’ve been my fourth Boston Scally, mind you these are expensive, it was the wrong size I needed to exchange it I did the process as I was supposed to according to the online directions, started the return of the post office followed the tracking it that ended in Pennsylvania where they originate from. It is June 2026 I have written the company more than four times specifically with the order number and the exchange number and the details and they have not responded nor have I been refunded!! Bad business and lost 64$ I return the exchange and I never received a refund nor have I received a product in return nor have I received a reply"
