Just not the quality I’m used to from BSC
"The first one I was sent was extremely poorly made. Very small. Stitched very crooked. BSC customer service was great and sent another. It was a little better but still very crooked. Ultimately they allowed me to return for a refund which I did today. Very disappointed because I did really want that hat. I have many BSC caps and rarely have had any issues…. none like this. 1 star for the poor quality of that particular cap that. 5 stars for good staff who helped me out."

"Without getting into “too many details” I happened to be in courthouse hallway with my new hat on the other day when another dapper hooligan meandered up to check the docket for his name in a similar hat and I couldn't help but say to him “hey buddy that’s a great hat, where’d ya get it?” and he says “The Boston Scally Co” to which I exclaimed “ME TOO”, and we both had a good laugh… True Story!"
