Wrap a cloth measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape comfortably snug, read the length, repeat for good measure and use the largest measurement. A piece of string will work too, then just hold it up to a ruler and measure.

"Bought it specifically for golfing about 2 weeks ago. Clean design, looks good even after 18 holes. Worn it twice so far, and it seems like a good fit. Stretches some with sweat, but doesn't have that obviously sweat ring. Thicker and heavier than the "Cool Air" or "Driver" models. A little worried about how it will handle high humidity days in Ohio later this summer, but a great buy so far. I am bald and own 6 caps, wearing them mostly in winter to keep warm and golfing in summer."
