"I have the same hat in white, it fits perfectly and the material is a nice summer material. This one is way too large and the material is rough enough to grate cheese with. Plus you pay shipping, they do nothing for you when you reach out to them, (email only, no phone number) and then you have to pay a restocking fee. Completely unacceptable customer service and terrible attention to detail. I also have another Boston Scally that is great. . . . . no idea what's going on there."

"Disappointed. I have purchased 6 hats from BS in the past two years. They are my go to hats. However the fit and finish on this hat felt haphazard. One of the panels (8 panel cap) was incorrectly sized and the hat was not sized correctly- too large. Bummed."
