Wrap a cloth measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape comfortably snug, read the length, repeat for good measure and use the largest measurement. A piece of string will work too, then just hold it up to a ruler and measure.

"Was so happy they dropped it. The cap colors are iconic to the movie, and very light in weight. Great for the spring/summer. :sign_horns:😎🥃 Sadly, my free Lebowski bag broke the same day it came. 😔 The golden draw ribbon that was glued inside(weirdly), broke when pulling it closed. I tied it back together, and works fine(so far). 😮💨 This bag needs to be made better next time. "
"Second hat from these guys. XL was too small and XXL too big. I also find the bills to be too narrow and the back of the caps not tucked in enough to fit well. Materials are lower quality as well. Worst of all, theres a 20% undisclosed restocking fee on returns. Do what you should do and go to a store and try some hats on. Don't get stuck wearing and ill fitting hat, or shelling out $10/cap to return their weird sized hats."
"Great Cap, Love the quality, and uniqueness of it. It tied the, Well you Know. Customer service is phenomenal, I had a couple minor problems, and they were resolved very quickly. The company seems to always create a cap that is one of a kind, I have purchased several Caps from Boston Scally, and I’m looking forward to what’s next. I’m Hoping that they will do a cap in Honor of the Rock Band, The Who’s final tour last year, The Song Is Over Tour. I think it would be a Hit."

"This is my 7th Boston Scally hat, and the third one that was inconsistently sized. I wear a 7 5/8’s hat so I always order an XXL size which, when properly sized, fits perfectly. This is the third hat that has been mis-sized; one of the hats was a size too big, and this one and one other have been a size too small. This inconsistency is extremely frustrating, and has caused me to have to return hats, only to be told they were now out of stock."
"Normally the special releases are my favorite but this one feels very poor quality. It looks like it was rushed. The fabric feels very thin and less durable. I can’t complain about the patterns the hat looks good in the pictures but feels lacking in real life."
