"The Hats are great and high quality. I have ordered over forty and have a nice collection now. The sizing is a little off so I have had an issue with a few and this is where I ran into a problem. The replacement that should have been held for be was suddenly unavailable. Now for over two months I. have yet to get a response to replace with another. Please answer your emails or just refund my money. It's unacceptable to be paying a premium price and not have a phone number to call or email that is answered."
