Note: If you are between sizes, go down for a more snug fit (knowing the cap will stretch about half cm after wearing a while). Go up for a more comfortable fit.
Wrap a cloth measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape comfortably snug, read the length, repeat for good measure and use the largest measurement. A piece of string will work too, then just hold it up to a ruler and measure.

"I wanted a cooler hat for summer than my Sailor and Bourbon. The trainer has been working out great for me in the sun working music fests keeping the sun off my follically challenged dome. . My one caveat would be the contrast on the photo is higher than what the cap looks like in person."
"This one was a little thin for me its closer to the shape of your head instead of puffed out a bit, after buying it I exchanged it for the gambler which is also a 6 panel and it looks much better on me, if a scally usually look too big on you then try this one for tighter look, if you got a big head or lots of curly hair like me then might not look the best on ya, but dont worry you can send it back and try another, wasnt a long return either I think like 10 days or less I got new one delivered, very very satisfied with it, accurate sizing for me on both also"
