Wrap a cloth measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape comfortably snug, read the length, repeat for good measure and use the largest measurement. A piece of string will work too, then just hold it up to a ruler and measure.

"Normally my husband wears an XL. He has several Boston Scally caps and tends to like the 6 panel caps. I read a review where someone mentioned they ran big so we ordered down on this M/LG. Unfortunately, it was too tight so we had to return it for an XL. Haven't received the replacement yet so hoping it works."

"Love the fit and feel. I’m between sizes and sized up for a looser more comfy fit. Snug but not too tight. Overall similar feel to a ball cap with a more unique look. Skipping the liner on this is a nice touch. If you adjust your cap a lot or fidget with it you’ll love that. Also no sticker on the inside like my others is another bonus. Overall very happy and will likely pickup this same hat in at least one other color to mix it up with different outfits"
