How to Measure Caps
Wrap a cloth measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape comfortably snug, read the length, repeat for good measure and use the largest measurement. A piece of string will work too, then just hold it up to a ruler and measure.

"This hat was a panel short and it makes the hat fit like a ball cap. The short panel makes the brim seem shorter. It doesn’t seem to be up to your company standards to me. My other skully hats were better. I quess everyone is cutting back so quality shows."
