Wrap a cloth measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape comfortably snug, read the length, repeat for good measure and use the largest measurement. A piece of string will work too, then just hold it up to a ruler and measure.

this one has an issue
"I still like the look and the color and the fit but with this cap there is one small problem. On the left side where the material folds into the brim there is an over tuck situation going on. That is a big minus for me. Premium hats should be flawless and QA'd before sending to customer. Otherwise the cap fits good and still looks good to a degree. The misaligned tuck is noticeable."
