How to Measure Caps

Wrap a cloth measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape comfortably snug, read the length, repeat for good measure and use the largest measurement. A piece of string will work too, then just hold it up to a ruler and measure.

"When I ordered the turtle hat I seen the 40 dollar hat and thought it was a adult size but when the order confirmation email came in I then realized that it was a kids hat so I replied to the email and asked for it to be canceled but it took till Monday to get a answer and then was to late.
