"A great cap at a great price! I had several compliments the first day I wore it. Beautifully designed and high quality. I received it later than anticipated due to being sent to an incorrect postal location and then forwarded to me. When I contacted BSC's customer service to check into the situation, I was left feeling like no one cared in the least. I will continue to purchase more caps in the future up to the point where I have to contact customer service again and I feel like just a number. "What's to review, I ordered it, paid for it, and it never showed up along with the cap. Only thing I received was the run around. They refunded my money after a lot of back and forth, with them wanting me to do a substitute, but that's not the point. I ordered it at exactly 1200 on Friday, because I wanted that cap and pin, and only thing I got was, all well it's sold out. Very poor customer service and company policy as no contingency for a mishandled order. . . ."
