Doesn’t fit right - no returns

"The no return policy made it so I couldn’t return an ill fitting hat AND I had to pay shipping for an exchange. I chose to exchange for another size. But then I had to pay shipping on the new hat I have a hat now due to the exchange and again it doesn’t fit right. I will not attempt an exchange again. I am done with this whole process."
