Wrap a cloth measuring tape around your head just above your eyebrows and ears. Pull the tape comfortably snug, read the length, repeat for good measure and use the largest measurement. A piece of string will work too, then just hold it up to a ruler and measure.

"Love the cap. It doesn’t come down the side of the head as other caps, which is fine but doesn’t wear backward as well. Last, the “patch, decal” on the inside sticks to my bald head a bit. For those with hair not a biggie, but for us baldies it’s kind of a slight annoyance. Not enough to return it of course because it does look good and my chick love it."
