"Love the styles and quality but the sizing has a flaw. Sometimes the M/L is too small, and sometimes the XL too big. I’ve gone up to XL after 3 hats of M/L being too small and uncomfortable to wear, for the most part the XL fits sometimes and is slightly big others. I prefer the way the M/L looks when it fits right. Ideally you’d wanna buy a medium/large and an extra large and return the one that doesn’t fit properly."

"I don't understand why you asked for head sizing if your quality control department can't prevent pats from being too large when I have to list my head size. It's supposed to be a fitted hat. I have bought six hats and two of them have been too large. Those are good numbers. I won't be buying from them again. I'm not spending $50 on a hand to have it not fit. They used to be a good company. I hesitated for a long time to buy this hat because I knew that this would probably be an issue."
