"Hello I bought a sweatshirt that was 2 xl I received it and it was too small so I decided to give it as a Xmas present. And went on and ordered a 3XL thinking it will fit but nope. I usually am a xl -xxl with room to spare . I tried multiple times to get in contact to make a return and haven’t heard back smh. I really do love your hats and your company can we resolve this"
