"It wasn’t the color shown. It was a lot darker. Not the color I wanted. And I always order XXL. This one was marked XXL but when I put it on it was way too big. I had to pay the shopping to return it. So the promise if free returns is questionable. I had been satisfied up until this order."

"I have 10+ scally caps but I am pretty unhappy with this last order. I ordered an XL and it was too small, sitting very high on my head and wonky. So I exchanged for an XXL and it is way too big. I mean way too big, not even close. I have both sizes in my collection and have seen regular inconsistencies in sizes over the years but this is ridiculous. I am very frustrated, not even going to bother exchanging again."
