Sleeve length is measured from middle of the chest to end of the sleeve. Place your hand on your hip then have someone measure the distance from the center back of your neck (along the shoulder and elbow) all the way to your wrist.

"I really like the look of the shirt but once received I felt the material was really thin and decided to return. I have had better luck with their sweatshirts and henleys (I did need to go up one size on the henley to have it fit correctly). Ordering anything on-line is really hit and miss but I do appreciate the easy return process, I ususally get a credit and use it for my next purchase."
