It looked nothing like the one pictured on your website, not even close. And the material of the sweatshirt was extremely flimsy. I contacted customer service, and was told it due to variations in the printing process,which is a sorry excuse for an answer. I wanted to return it for a full refund, but was told I'd only getting a refund minus shipping costs and a restocking fee, ridiculous. Highly disappointed. And it's impossible to actually talk to anyone in customer service."
