zero stars in not an option!

"What's to review, I ordered it, paid for it, and it never showed up along with the cap. Only thing I received was the run around. They refunded my money after a lot of back and forth, with them wanting me to do a substitute, but that's not the point. I ordered it at exactly 1200 on Friday, because I wanted that cap and pin, and only thing I got was, all well it's sold out. Very poor customer service and company policy as no contingency for a mishandled order. . . ."
