"Had to jump through 9 kinds of hoops to prove I bought an $8. 00 pin and then never heard back from customer service. The hat is great but yeah, I got took for 8 bucks but it’s 8 bucks. Don’t worry, you haven’t lost me as a customer. Your hats are great but the customer service is a bit lacking. Hope this helps others down the road."
