Sleeve length is measured from middle of the chest to end of the sleeve. Place your hand on your hip then have someone measure the distance from the center back of your neck (along the shoulder and elbow) all the way to your wrist.

"I had previously purchased a gray Henley shirt and really liked it (I'm actually wearing it right now), and wanted some more, but that color was sold out. The black ones I bought are just as soft as the gray one, and I really like the fit, and the distressed(?) buttons."
