Tricky but works.
"As advertised and works to expectation. You have to use it regularly or the hat will go back to its original fit. But it does a good job of giving a little bit of play to a snug-fit hat. I used the stretcher on one hat 2 night in a row, wore it on the third day. Left it off the stretcher after that and 2 days later, it had returned to its previous fit. My only issue is that - and maybe I am doing it wrong - the stretcher slips around a lot inside the hat. It needs to sit someplace undisturbed overnight, sitting rightside up. Get it in, leave it alone, and you will have a comfortable fit in no time."

"I have been wearing various flat caps almost 10 years. My hair has gone from an almost military style Buzz cut to being so long I have to wear an a ponytail. Because of this, some of my older hats were too tight. This gently stretched out those hats so that I can wear them comfortably again."
