Sleeve length is measured from middle of the chest to end of the sleeve. Place your hand on your hip then have someone measure the distance from the center back of your neck (along the shoulder and elbow) all the way to your wrist.

"After ordering and purchasing a hat that ended up being too big. I was unable to exchange it for another hat and was given a credit. After purchasing the pullover with the credit, I also had to pay for shipping again. When I receive the pull over and took it out of the box there was a hole in the sleeve. Very disappointed!"
