Sleeve length is measured from middle of the chest to end of the sleeve. Place your hand on your hip then have someone measure the distance from the center back of your neck (along the shoulder and elbow) all the way to your wrist.

"Definitely NOT the same quality as the other Hoodies. . this one is NOT soft at all and runs small . . I always size up one size as I want my hoodie to be loose . . I sized up 1 size with this like I have the others I get from you folks and I should have sized up 2 sizes on this one this one is a snug fit even having sized up one size !! Extremely disappointed with this quality . . . . . I would not recommend this Black one !"
