Sleeve length is measured from middle of the chest to end of the sleeve. Place your hand on your hip then have someone measure the distance from the center back of your neck (along the shoulder and elbow) all the way to your wrist.

"I bought this one size up (usually wear a large) in anticipation of use in colder winter months when I tend to wear a light sweatshirt or thick t-shirts under a flannel. Being ordered one size up, I should have also expected it to be longer than my large size shirts, but that's on me. Material is great, very soft and warm, and has held its colors through several washes (and I am not careful with my wash and dry settings or color-matching every wash cycle)."

"I love Boston Scally but this one missed the mark. Material feels good however the sizing is horrible. It’s tight around the back of the shoulders and fits like an XL in the waist. The only part that fits right is the chest."
