Defective
"I own 6 Boston Scally caps with 2 pins. I recently purchased a cap with the peaky pin. The pin did not stay on the cap…never had a problem with the other 2 pins. I reached out via email to see if I could get a replacement for the defective pin and was told you don’t do replacements. That’s unfortunate…it’s an $8 pin! My last order was over $100! Please do better Boston Scally, it’s not worth losing a customer over an $8 pin. By the way I just placed a new order for a new cap. Please send me the pin for free and let’s move forward.
